Omega EPA has three times the EPA (500mg per softgel) of regular strength products.  This fish oil concentrate is molecularly distilled and manufactured under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury, and other heavy metals.*

Other risks: Any side effects from taking omega-3 supplements are usually mild.
